CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI AND Z.A. HAQ, JJ.
DATE : SEPTEMBER 14, 2018.
Heard Shri S.A. Bramhe, learned Counsel for applicant/petitioner, Shri N.R. Patil, learned A.G.P. for non-applicant nos. 1 and 2 and Shri P.S. Khubalkar, learned Counsel for non-applicant no.3.
2.
By a reasoned order, we have disposed of Writ Petition No. 5321/2018 on 20.08.2018. There we have found no substance in contention that letter "N", was inadvertently inserted in place of letter "S". Today submission is, in somewhat similar situation, this Court has on very same day allowed a student to
Order 1409mca989.18 participate in the admission process.
3.
We have looked into that order in Writ Petition No. 5314/2018.
4.
It is not in dispute that said student was already admitted and while issuing notice, this Court has permitted her to participate in MOP up rounds or the in Institutional State Quota round. Said petition is still pending. As notice has been issued, reasons have not been recorded, but, then, the important reason which then may have weighed with the Court, may be about not causing prejudice to other participants in the admission process.
5.
Here in case of present applicant/ petitioner, such inference cannot be drawn.
6.
We therefore, find no case made out.
Misc. Civil Application is, accordingly rejected. No costs.
