AUGUST 23, 2024 The learned Counsel for the Official Liquidator submits that the proceedings under Section 543 of the Companies Act, 1956, have been disposed of and, thus, no order is required on the pending pursis.

2] Accordingly, pursis st. nos. 120/2002, 1175/2002, 10291/2005, 825/2011 and 8947/2011 and pursis dated 29/11/2002, stand filed.

3] The Official Liquidator shall submit present status of the assets and liabilities before next date for further consideration.

4] Stand over to 30/8/2024.
