Shri Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the applicantspetitioners has tendered a pursis in the court today. The same is accepted on record.
It is stated in the pursis that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition as the respondent no.2 has already joined the services in the Ordinance Factory. It is stated that the cause for filing the writ petition is rendered infructuous and hence the civil application, miscellaneous civil application as also the writ petition may be disposed of.
