Heard. Shri Y.D. Shukla, learned counsel for petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Regular Criminal Case No. 4587/2013 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur.

During hearing we find that out of 6 prosecution witnesses, evidence of 3 witnesses is already reported to be recorded. Evidence of 4th witness is to be recorded on 24.04.2017.

Shri M.J. Khan, learned A.P.P. does not have instruction on these details. However, he submits that even if the statement of complainant/petitioner is

In this situation, we direct learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.9, Nagpur to expedite the trial and attempt to decide it finally within a period of 6 months from 24.04.2017.

Criminal Writ Petition is accordingly partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
