Criminal Application No.333 of 2019 seeks to condone the delay of 52 days in filing of the criminal revision against the judgment and order dated 05.04.2019 passed by the Family Court, Nagpur, whereby maintenance has been granted to the wife. Though the application is opposed by Mr. Dharmadhikari, learned counsel for the non-applicant, considering the quantum of delay and the reasons given, the same is condoned. The application is allowed.
