Question is- Whether a Full Time employee of State Government can be permitted to as of right to have private practice as a Medical Practitioner?

It appears that because of interim orders passed by this Court, decision of government to discontinue non-practicing allowance has been stayed. 4.
In this situation, grievance is, employees like petitioners are not attending their full time duties and pay attention more to their private practice. Petitioners dispute this.
5.
Application is for vacation of interim orders or in the alternative for fixing the matters for final hearing.

We list all these Writ Petitions for final hearing in week commencing from 08.01.2018. If the matters are not heard, prayer for vacation of interim orders shall be considered. C.A. disposed of. JUDGE JUDGE Rgd.
