It appears that there is some mistake in the name of respondent no. 1/non-applicant no. 1. The learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 has no objection to allow the present application. Accordingly, the application is allowed. 3.

Permission is granted to correct the name of respondent no. 1/non-applicant no. 1.

The amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

It is further permitted to the appellant/applicant to replace the copy of impugned judgment and decree wherein the mistake in the name of respondent no. 1/non-applicant no. 1 has occurred. 6.
