On 30/11/2022, the following order was passed : "Heard.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 9th December, 2022. 3.

Mr. Deshpande, the learned Incharge Government Pleader waives service of notice on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 4.

In the meanwhile, the Respondent No.3 shall consider the Petitioner's representation as made on 31/10/2022 at Page No.87 of the Writ Petition and file an affidavit in that regard.

Hamdast is granted."

Thereafter, on 9/12/2022, the following order was passed : "Despite service, there is no appearance on behalf of respondent no.3. To grant one opportunity, put up on 14.12.2022." 2.

It is seen that despite service, respondent No.3 has failed to respond to the notice issued in the present proceedings. According to the petitioner - Society, online registration of 7/12 extracts of the farmers is required to be undertaken for issuance of ID password for purchase of paddy from the farmers at the center at Chichgaon in accordance with the Government Resolution dated 19/10/2022. Since the online registration was not being undertaken, the petitioner made a representation on 31/10/2022 which remains undecided. 3.

In these facts and in view of absence of respondent No.3, the following directions would serve the interests of justice :-

2 84-WP-7329-2022.odt Respondent No.3 shall within a period of one week from today take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 31/10/2022. It is made clear that failure on the part of respondent No.3 to comply with the aforesaid direction would be treated as non-compliance of the orders passed by this Court. Needless to state that in case there is no legal impediment, respondent No.3 shall issue necessary ID password to the petitioner. Copy of this order shall be served by the petitioner on respondent No.3 intimating it about the same. 4.

Keeping the points raised in the Writ Petition open, the same is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
