Shri Patil, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/claimants submits that he has no instructions in the matter and draws the attention of this Court to Pursis dated 27.07.2022. The learned counsel, therefore, seeks discharge in the matter. However, Shri Wankhede, learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the appeal.
