Order 1011mca1240.17 Writ Petition No. 4630/2017.
Heard learned counsel for parties.
2.
Petitioner after advertisement for retail outlet, entered into a lease agreement and claims to have procured land which he offered for establishing it. Later on the land is found to be affected by State Highway. Hence, land has been found not suitable. 3.
Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of opportunity to offer some other land. It is obvious that such an opportunity cannot be given to a person who is entering into lease agreements with others and then offers such leased property.
4.
No legal right of petitioner is violated. Hence, Writ Petition is rejected. No costs.
