The grievance about fraudulent documents being made almost after 11 years cannot be looked into in extraordinary jurisdiction at this stage.

As the civil dispute filed by purchaser is reported to be pending, we refrain from observing anything on merits of the matter.

With liberty to the petitioner to renew her grievance after adjudication of the civil suit, we dispose of the present proceedings.
