Reply of respondent 2-State depicts that just because of the information could not receive from respondent 3, respondent 2 cannot proceed in the matter for initiating the land acquisition proceedings.

02] We direct respondent 3 to supply all the relevant information to respondent 2. After receipt of the said information, the respondent 2 shall initiate the land acquisition proceedings. We also direct that the proceedings shall be completed within four months from the date of receipt of the relevant information from respondent 3. 03] In view of this, the writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
