The father of the petitioner was engaged with the District Civil Surgeon, General Hospital, Buldhana as a Sweeper. After his superannuation, the petitioner has sought appointment on the basis of the recommendations of Ladpage Committee.

It is stated that other family members have given no objection for the consideration of petitioner's case. Accordingly, the petitioner has made a representation on 31.08.2021 before the District Civil Surgeon, Buldhana seeking such appointment.

In aforesaid facts since the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2021 is pending for consideration before the District Civil Surgeon, Buldhana, the interests of justice would be served by directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to consider the said representation dated 31.08.2021 and take a decision thereon within a period of four weeks of receiving the copy of this order. Decision taken be communicated to the petitioner.
