Order dated 22.06.2010 passed by respondent No.4 terminating the service of the petitioner for not producing Caste Validity Certificate is the subject matter of the challenge in this petition. The petitioner had approached the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, which has dismissed the Original Application, by recording the finding that the petitioner has failed to co-operate with the Scrutiny Committee.

In view of the aforesaid position, if the petitioner wants the Committee to decide his claim on merits, it is open for him to approach the Scrutiny Committee file relevant documents, as are necessary. Once the compliance of all the requirements is made, the Scrutiny Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of 14 months.

With the above observations, Writ Petition is disposed of.
