DATE :- DECEMBER 02, 2022 The petitioners claiming to be the residents of Nandgaon Khandeshwar, seek to oppose the transfer of country liquor shop in their village which is proposed to be transferred by the respondent no.6. In that regard, they have made representations to the respondent no.2Superintendent, Prohibition and Excise Department, Amravati. The petitioners apprehend that permission to shift the country liquor shop would be granted without considering the grievances raised by them in their representation dated 10.11.2022 made to the respondent no.2. Considering the aforesaid, liberty is granted to the petitioners to also make representation to the Commissioner, Prohibition and State Excise, Mumbai in that regard. Further the respondent no.2 shall consider the grievances made by the petitioners in the representation dated 10.11.2022 before submitting his report to the Commissioner in that regard.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
