During pendency, the original claimant Narayan Ganpatro Kawalkar is died and his legal heirs are bought on record. Applicant Nos.1 to 3 are the legal heirs of the original claimant Narayan.

The Registry is directed to release the amount along with accrued interest in equal share to the applicant Nos.1 to 3.
