Dated : 8th January, 2019 If the terms of the order dated 4-7-2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petitions No.2275 of 2017 and 2276 of 2017 are not complied with by depositing the requisite amount with the appellate authority, it will be open for the contempt petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings for recovery of the amount. We do not find any reason to interfere in this contempt petition.

The contempt petition is dismissed.
