DATE : September 05, 2017 By this application it is prayed that the decree passed by the appellate Court be stayed during pendency of the appeal. By said decree the present appellants have been directed to deliver possession of the suit property.

The application is opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. However, as the appellants are in possession and the appeal is admitted, the execution of the impugned decree shall remain stayed during pendency of the appeal. The appellants shall however not create any third party rights in the suit property. Civil application is disposed of.
