DATED : 17-01 -202 Learned counsel for the appellant has invited my attention to paragraph no. 3 of the application which indicates that the appellant has deposited Rs. 81,700/- before this Court. The appeal came to be partly allowed. The respondent no. 1 was found to be entitled for compensation of Rs. 51,491/- along with interest accrued thereon and the appellant was found to be entitled for refund of Rs. 30,209/- along with interest accrued thereon, if any.

The parties are entitled for payment in terms of above. The application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
