All that can be directed to respondent No. 3/Sub-Divisional Officer, Karanja is to decide those applications, one way or the other, in terms of the law applicable. We therefore, dispose of this petition, by directing the respondent No. 3 to decide the applications filed by the petitioners, for grant of individual leases, of agricultural lands, in terms of the policy and law applicable.
