On account of failure on the part of the applicants/petitioners to remove office objections as directed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) vide order dated 01.04.2024, registration of Writ Petition St. No.24258 of 2023 was refused.

The applicants/petitioners has filed Misc. Civil Application St. No.20612 of 2015 challenging the said order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). There is delay of around 506 days in filing said application. Having regard to the contents of the application for condonatoin of delay, the delay is condoned. For the same reasons, Misc. Civil Application St. No.20612 of 2025 is allowed.

Order dated 01.04.2024, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside. Writ
