The respondent-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Akola, if it is not decided the proposal for grant of approval to the suspension of respondent no.2 forwarded to it on 04.08.2022 till this date, same be decided expeditiously and in any case within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
