CORAM : R.K. DESHPANDE & VINAY JOSHI, JJ.

DATED : 09th October, 2019 .

The challenge in this petition by the persons retired from Territorial Army, is to the shifting of 118 Infantry Battalion Territorial Army Unit from Nagpur to Bhusaval on the ground that the same is unconstitutional. We fail to understand, as to how the fundamental rights of the petitioners, who have retired from such service, are infringed. At any rate it is a policy decision, in which we do not want to interfere. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
