Prima-facie, considering the basis for enhancing the amount of compensation as well as the quantum of such enhancement, on the applicant depositing in this Court 50% amount of compensation as awarded within a period of eight weeks from today, the execution of the impugned award shall remain stayed during pendency of the appeal.

Civil application stands disposed of.
