DATED : 26-10-2016 For the reasons stated in the application, the appellant is permitted to deposit the amount, if deposited within four weeks.

If the amount is not deposited within four weeks, the interim order granted on 04-05-2016 shall stand vacated and the claimants will be at liberty to proceed with the execution.

The civil application is disposed in the above terms.

On deposit of the amount, it be kept in fixed deposit in a nationalised bank.

Considering the challenges raised by the appellant/Insurance Company and the facts of the case, it is directed that the respondent No.1 be given 40% of the amount of interest accruing on the amount

The respondent No.3 be given 20% of the amount of interest accruing on the amount deposited, every three months.

The respondent No.4 be given 20% of the amount of interest accruing on the amount deposited, every three months.
