Shri S.B. Bissa, learned A.G.P. appearing for the appellant points out that as per the policy of the Government laid down in Government Resolutions dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018, since the amount enhanced by the learned reference Court is less than four times the amount granted by the Land Acquisition Officer, therefore, as per the said policy, he wants to withdraw the present appeal. Accordingly, on instructions he prays for withdrawal of the appeal. 2.

Permission is granted.
