By way of present application preferred under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the applicant-wife is seeking transfer of the proceedings being Hindu Marriage Petition No. 179 of 2016 initiated by respondent-husband for

1096.16mca (2) restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhandara.

The respondent though served, none appears. The contentions in the application preferred under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, as such, are not controverted.
