DATED : 17.10.2025 This is an application for seeking to quash and set aside the First Information Report No. 1230/2022, dated 15.10.2022, registered by the non-applicant No.1, Police Station Gadge Nagar, Amravati, for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 406, 468, 471, 420, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, against the applicants. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed reply in which Investigating Officer has stated as under : "6.
That after going through the entire allegations the Investigating Officer had found that there was not enough evidence to bring home the guilt of present Applicant in the said crime. The Investigating Officer has therefore filed 'A' Summary before the Learned Trial Court,
(2) 947 apl 1465-2023 which is now registered as 'A' Summary No. 17/2024 on 17.2.2024. A communication to that effect is submitted to the office of the Government Pleader, High Court, Nagpur by the concerned Investigating Officer. A copy of the said communication dated 20-08-2024 is annexed herewith as Annexure R-2.

Thus in view of the 'A' Summary submitted before the Learned Trial Court in the present Crime No. 1230/2022, the cause of action for filing of the present application does not survive. The application is therefore disposed of accordingly."
