Liberty to the learned Counsel for the applicant to delete the prayer clause (a) of the application. Deletion shall be carried out forthwith.

Having considered the submissions made across the bar, the applicant is permitted to appear for the 3rd year of GNM course exam which is commencing from 17.10.2023 in order to prevent loss of academic year.

As already stated in earlier order especially in order dated 11th February 2022, permission to appear for this examination would not create any equity in favour of the applicant and it would be subject to final result of the writ petition.

4.

The respondents shall not declare the result of the students in respect of 3rd year exam without seeking prior permission of this Court.

The students are enlisted at Annexure No.8 of the application.

Authenticated copy of this order be tendered to the learned Counsel for the petitioner and respondents. 7.

The application stands disposed of.
