Since the issue of removal of encroachment by the Competent Authority prayed in the writ petition is not in dispute, the issue to that extent stands resolved.

As far as the issue of providing civic amenities is concerned, it shall be open for the applicants to move the Appropriate Authority for grant of civic amenities which prayer be considered by the said Authority expeditiously and in accordance of law.

In the wake of aforesaid observations, we hardly see any ground which warrants interference in review jurisdiction. 5.
