O R D E R

(Passed on 22nd March, 2025) The parties have settled their dispute fully and finally on the terms mentioned in the compromise agreement annexed herewith, which is duly signed by the parties and marked as 'Form-H' for identification. Respondent No.1 appeared through Video Conferencing from the District Legal Services Authority Centre, Buldhana and duly identified by his Counsel. Shri S. V. Thorat, Deputy Collector, Buldhana also appeared through Video Conferencing. Both admit the execution of the compromise agreement and the terms contained therein.

In the wake of settlement between the parties, the appeal is disposed of in the terms of the compromise agreement.
