(2) This is an application withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the appellant. (3) It is stated that as per the conditional order of this Court dated 10.07.2017 the appeal has been dismissed for want of private paper book. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in dire need of money therefore the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant with accrued interest be permitted to withdraw. (4) Considering the aforesaid fact, the application is allowed. The applicant/respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw the entire compensation amount with accrued interest thereon.

(5) The application stands disposed of.
