DATE : JUNE 16, 2015 As the order dated 18/08/2014 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur can be subjected to appeal under provisions of Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984, Shri V. B. Mandpe, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file such appeal. He states that an appeal will be filed within a period of two weeks from today.

Shri A. V. Khare, learned counsel for the respondent fairly states that if such appeal is filed within period of two weeks, he would not oppose the prayer for condonation of delay.

Writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file aforesaid appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984. Pending civil application (3530/14) also stands disposed of.
