This is an application filed on behalf of respondent no.1 (original claimant) seeking permission to withdraw further amount from the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

It is pointed out in the application that the respondent no.1 requires the amount for treatment of his grandson who is suffering from sickle cell anemia. 3.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- from the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, on furnishing usual undertaking before the learned Registrar (Judicial) within a period of four weeks from today. Application is disposed of.
