Respondent no.5, who is present in the Court in-person filed Pursis, stating that he has rescued himself from the arbitration proceeding in Arbitration Case no.406/2024 (Kunal Yelne and ors.) and in that regard he has already made communication on 18.02.2025 to respondent no.1 The Nirmal Ujjwal Credit Co-operative Society Limited. The Pursis is taken on record. 3.

In view of this, cause of action to prosecute the petition does not survive in the matter and prayer made in the petition become infructuous.

Hence, Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
