DATE : October 03, 2017 By order dated 06/06/2017, the trial Court was directed to complete the trial till 30/09/2017. By this application the accused has prayed that this time be extended by period of six months as the evidence in the trial has just begun. It is submitted that the prosecution intends to examine about 12-15 witnesses and hence said time be extended.

Shri M. J. Khan, learned Asst. Public Prosecutor does not oppose the application in view of aforesaid facts. Hence the time to complete Sessions Trial No.25/2016 is extended till the end of March 2018.
