05th December, 2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner - Ram Vishandas Shahani expired on 26th September, 2016. She further submits that a pursis dated 14th October, 2016 along with a photo copy of the Death Certificate dated 10th October, 2016, issued by the Pune Municipal Corporation is also placed on record. She submits that the applicants want to bring themselves on record as legal heirs of petitioner, so as to prosecute the petition.

Learned counsel Mr. P. Shukla for respondent no.1 does not have any objection.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (i). Necessary steps be taken within two weeks.
