Considering the challenges as raised by the appellant, in my view, the appellant is entitled for an interim order in the following terms :

Out of the amount deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court, Rs.1,00,000/- shall be given to the respondent No.1.

The balance amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in a Nationalised Bank initially for a period of three years, to be renewed every year till the decision of the appeal.

2 fa722.14 The impugned Award shall not be executed against the appellant till the decision of the appeal. The civil application is disposed in the above terms.
