After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also considering the evidence and material collected against the present applicant when the Court was about to dismiss the application for regular bail, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since the learned counsel for the applicant has withdrawn the application the Court is not detailing the reasons for dismissal of the application.
