Prayer is to bring on record regal representatives of the petitioner who expired on 31/08/2020.

Though the application is opposed by the learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and attention is invited to filing of Civil Application No.2110/2022 wherein prayer for abatement of the proceedings has been made coupled with absence of further action, we find the reasons mentioned in the present civil application to be satisfactory to permit the applicants to be brought on record as legal representatives of the petitioner. 3.

Civil application is allowed. Legal Representatives be brought on record by 24/04/2023. Civil Application is disposed of. Civil Application No.2110/2022 4.

In view of order passed on Civil Application No.1254/2023, this application does not survive. The same stands disposed of accordingly. Writ Petition No.7538/2018 5.
