This is an application for Speaking To Minutes. 3.

On 10.12.2025, more than ten petitions were decided by this Court by passing a common order. According to learned counsel for petitioners/applicants, list of identical matters were provided, relying upon which, the orders came to be passed in Writ Petition No. 7842/2015 and all connected petitions. Learned counsel for petitioners submit that inadvertently in the list, he had mentioned a Writ Petition No. 4280/2025. According to him, it was his mistake and consequently on 10.12.2025, Writ Petition 4280/2025 is also disposed of. He submits that the prayer clauses in the said petition were different.

Be that as it may, since it is bonafide mistake on the part of the petitioner, the order in Writ Petition No. 4280/2025, passed on 10.12.2025 is recalled. Civil Application is disposed of. List Writ Petition 4280/2025 on 12.1.2026.
