This is an application filed by the applicant for modification of order dated 4.10.2019.

Heard both the sides. Perused the application. As there is no question of fine amount in the present case, so also the applicant has been granted time to deposit the remaining 25% of the compensation amount in this Court till 14.10.2019, para [4] of the operative order dated 4.10.2019 is hereby deleted. In case the applicant fails to deposit 25% of the compensation amount in this court till 14.10.2019, the bail bond would stand cancelled. Criminal Application stands disposed of. Steno copy is allowed.
