By this application, applicant/respondent No.1 claimant seeks withdrawal of amount lying with this Court.

The record reveals that the first appeal is already admitted.

In view thereof, upon applicant/respondent No.1 claimant furnishing an usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J) of this Court, she is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount and balance amount be fixed in any Nationalized Bank .....2/-

As entire decreetal amount is already deposited and that too claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount, stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award granted earlier stands confirmed.
