As the appellant/claimant has pointed out that the order passed by this Court on 16th August, 2016 is complied with and the respondent No.1 is served with notice published in the newspaper, order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 14th November, 2017 dismissing the appeal against the respondent No.1 is set aside and the appeal dismissed against respondent No.1 is restored. The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
