The only relief, the Petitioner is seeking, is direction to the Respondent Scheduled Tribes Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati to decide his tribe claim within a stipulated period. It is brought to our notice that the proposal is pending since last six years. 3.

In view of the relief claimed, the Petition can be disposed of with direction to the Respondent Scheduled Tribes Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner within a period of four weeks.
