09/10/ The present application is filed for direction to the Registry to accept the pursis and register the Second Appeal. This Court, on 06/09/2023, allowed the application for condonation of delay in filing Second Appeal subject to costs of Rs.1000/- payable to Vidarbha Law Association, within a period of three weeks. The said order was uploaded on 11/09/2023. The concerned clerk was on leave. The applicant could be deposit the amount on 03/10/2023. As such, there is no delay on his part and therefore, it is prayed that directions may be issued to accept the pursis and to register the Second Appeal.
