Considering the prayer made in the petition, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with directions to the respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for shifting him from Open Prison, Morshi to Open Prison, Paithan, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from today as his earlier request for transfer was rejected in February 2024.
