The Tribunal has fastened the liability of compensation on respondent No.1, however, the appellant is directed to deposit the amount of compensation and recover it from respondent No.1. Respondent No.1 is the son of respondent No.2/Claimant. Considering the facts of the case and the defence of the appellant, in my view, the prayer for withdrawal of the amount cannot be granted at this stage. The Civil Application is dismissed.
