JUNE 19, 2024 After having heard at length, when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the purpose will be served if the petitioners are permitted to renovate one of the suit properties, being suit property at Sr.No. D of the plaint, situated at Datta Chowk, Yavatmal.

2] The learned Counsel for respondent no.1 has no objection if renovation is done at the cost and risk of the petitioners.

3] In view of above, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to renovate suit property at Sr.No. D of the plaint, situated at Datta Chowk, Yavatmal, at the cost and risk of the petitioners and subject to outcome of the suit.
