This is an application for leave to file appeal on behalf of legal representatives of original claimant. 2.

Learned advocate for the applicants submitted and pointed out that Smt. Shantabai wd/o Bhiwaji Natkar was the original claimant. She died on 18.12.2023. Therefore, the applicants, who are her legal representatives, may be permitted to file this appeal.

Considering undisputed fact that applicant nos.1 and 2 are her legal representatives and also considering the death certificate as well as the contentions raised in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. 4.

The application is allowed, as prayed.
